The family trade Kod Milana manufactures Istrian prosciutto, ombolo (dried pork loin), homemade sausages, pancetta, osokolo (dried pork neck meat) and bacon. Our family has been manufacturing prosciutto for 30 years. Our family trade was founded in 1992. The owner is Mr. Milan Bursic, the first registered prosciutto manufacturer and the president of the Association of Prosciutto Manufacturers of Istria. The key to our successful production is the participation of the entire family, primarily Milan Bursic as the founder and his two sons-in-love. Our family trade has several activities: the prosciutto manufacture with the prosciutto tasting room, the butcher seling meat delicatessen and the family farm with the prosciutto manufacturing facility and tasting room.
