Istrian prosciutto

Prosciutto manufacturing facility "Kod Milana" is the first prosciutto manufacturing facility in Istria, in which we can dry up to 12000 prosciuttos.

Our tasting room, which is located next to the manufacturing facility, can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Our prosciutto is the result of true Croatian production without imports, which is supported by the Faculty of Agronomy at the University of Zagreb. As our prosciutto is an autochtonous top quality product, it has received a variety of top awards.
